Why Customer Data Platform (CDP)?

Unlock deeper customer insights and drive personalized engagement

  • Data Silos: A CDP breaks down data silos by unifying customer data from multiple sources into a single, accessible platform.
  • Fragmented Customer Profiles: It creates a comprehensive view of each customer by merging data points from across touchpoints, allowing for personalized interactions.
  • Ineffective Marketing Campaigns: With a CDP, marketers can leverage unified data for targeted campaigns, improving relevance and effectiveness.
  • Data Accessibility for Teams: A CDP makes customer data accessible to different teams like marketing, sales, and support, enhancing collaboration and decision-making.
  • Real-Time Customer Engagement: It enables real-time data collection and processing, allowing businesses to respond instantly to customer behavior and needs.

Yes Tracardi has two versions: Free open-source and Paid Commercial

2

How Tracardi works?

Tracardi is fueled by events from sources such as mobile apps, web services, CRMs, e-commerce shops, CSV files and API integrations. The software unifies all the data formats into one and orchestrates information about your customers to other systems such as AI product referral systems, or interact with the user directly via micro front-ends.

3

Can I integrate it with legacy webpage?

Sure. Integration is as simple as pasting a JavaScript code.

How Tracardi collects data?

From Web Site

Tracardi collects data from websites by embedding a JavaScript snippet that captures various user interactions and sends them as events to the Tracardi server. This data includes details about the user’s actions, such as page views, clicks, form submissions, and other behaviors. Each event is enriched with contextual information like the user’s IP address, browser type, and device information. Tracardi then processes these events in real-time, associating them with user profiles and sessions to build a comprehensive view of user interactions. This allows businesses to track customer journeys, segment audiences, and personalize user experiences based on the collected data.

From Queues or Any Other system

Tracardi can collect data from any system that have a webook, queue like kafka or database.

  • Why AI Needs External Memory

Understanding AI’s Forgetting Problem Imagine having a conversation with someone who can only remember the last few minutes of what you’ve said.
